Spofec Rolls Royce Phantom Series II

Is it possible to make a Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II even more individualized and exclusive? Yes, it is possible when you have it refined by SPOFEC! The German specialists offer a sophisticated product range for the British luxury automobile. Instant eye-catchers are the polished and brushed SPOFEC SP3 wheels in king-sized 24-inch format. They were developed in collaboration with American high-tech manufacturer Vossen. SPOFEC components made from carbon give the luxury liner a decidedly sporty-elegant touch in addition. The perfect complements to this dynamics range are the lowered suspension and the SPOFEC performance enhancement, which boosts the output of the twin-turbo V12 to 504 kW / 685 hp and produces a peak torque of 1,010 Nm. SPOFEC is a business division of NOVITEC Group and exclusively focuses on the customization of the current Rolls-Royce models. A striking feature of this refined hyper-luxury sedan are the new SPOFEC 3 wheels, which were tailor-made for the Phantom and developed in cooperation with Vossen. The American manufacturer produces these rims in its hi-tech machining center using state-of-the-art forging and CNC machining technology. The SPOFEC SP3 wheels impress with their extraordinary disc design, which features openings for cooling and venting the brakes, and a large center cover that conceals the wheel bolts. The sophisticated design makes these high-end rims look even larger than they already are in size 10Jx24 front and back. Furthermore, these rims are extremely strong and thus also suitable for the Phantom EWB with longer wheelbase. The SPOFEC SP3 wheels carry high-performance tires of size 295/30 R 24 on the front and rear axle. In addition to the fully polished and brushed variant shown here, numerous other variants are also available. This includes a choice of 72 colors, as well as the option to get these wheels with a painted, polished or brushed surface finish. Suspension tuning is part of the spectacular SPOFEC looks as well. The SPOFEC engineers developed a custom control module for the adaptive air suspension of the Phantom, which up to a speed of 140 km/h lowers the ride height of the luxury liner by about 40 millimeters compared to the production car. When this speed is exceeded, the body automatically reverts to the original level.

The SPOFEC designers did not focus solely on the attractive king-sized wheels for their visual upgrade that gives the Rolls-Royce Phantom Series II even more thrilling looks. They also developed precise-fit aerodynamic-enhancement parts, which not only feature sporty-elegant styling, but are aerodynamically efficient as well. To ensure a precise fit and flawless surface quality, all SPOFEC bodywork components are manufactured from carbon composite. The SPOFEC front fascia with integral spoiler replaces the production bumper. It gives the top-of-the-range Rolls-Royce model a more distinctive face and reduces front-axle lift to boot. The SPOFEC fender caps behind the front wheel arches showcase the Rolls-Royce badges in even more striking fashion. The SPOFEC rocker panels feature raised flaps aft of the front fender arches and are available for both wheelbases of the Phantom Series II. They take up the design of the front. In addition, they give the sedan a lower and even more stretched visual stance. The extravagant SPOFEC looks are rounded off by the rear fascia, likewise designed as asingle piece, and the subtle spoiler on the trunk. A SPOFEC performance upgrade for the 6.75-liter twelve-cylinder engine also is available to go with the dynamic outfit. To that end, the plug-and-play, processor-controlled N-TRONIC control module is adapted to the engine electronics. Custom maps for injection and ignition, as well as a modified boost pressure control increase the twin-turbo’s peak power by 84 kW / 114 hp and its peak torque by 110 Nm. As a result, the driver of a SPOFEC-tuned Phantom commands 504 kW / 685 hp at a low 5,400 rpm and 1,010 Nm, which are already on tap at 1,600 rpm. With it, the sedan sprints from rest to 100 km/h in just 5.0 seconds. The EWB variant with long wheelbase takes just one tenth of a second longer. Due to the high vehicle weight, the top speed remains electronically limited to 250 km/h.
